The 2021 Albillo Mayor comes from Peñarnada de Duero and was fermented and aged in French oak barrels. Golden in the glass. The nose features hazelnut and green apple notes over a layer of herbs. the palate is dry and voluminous, with a moderately concentrated mouthfeel before the long, rich and flavourful finish. this is an ew white from Ribera del Duero.
